  • Introduction – Purchases through the website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Custom-Made Products – Every canvas is handcrafted using original children's artwork. Each piece is unique.
  • Artwork Ownership – Customers confirm they own or have permission to use the artwork and authorise its use in creating the collage.
  • Artwork Submission – Artwork should be clearly labelled, clean and dry. Excessive damage may affect the final result.
  • Posting Original Artwork – Customers should package artwork carefully and use tracked postage where possible. Unused artwork will be returned with the completed order unless otherwise requested in writing.
  • Design Process – Final layout, sizing and composition remain at the creative discretion of Little Hands Collage Company while considering customer preferences.
  • Turnaround Times – Production begins once payment is received and artwork arrives safely.
  • Rush Orders – Subject to capacity. Rush fees are non-refundable once production commences.
  • Pricing – Prices are in AUD and may change without notice.
  • Payment – Full payment is required before production.
  • Shipping – Australia-wide using trusted couriers.
  • Damaged Parcels – Report within 48 hours with photos.
  • Returns & Refunds – No returns for change of mind, incorrect size chosen or courier delays. Australian Consumer Law rights remain.
  • Colour Variations – Screen colours may differ from the finished product.
  • Intellectual Property – Business retains copyright in designs, branding and photography. Customer retains ownership of their original artwork.
  • Marketing Permission – Unless declined in writing before dispatch, completed work may be photographed for marketing without personal information.
  • Order Cancellation – Cancellation requests are assessed case-by-case. Acceptance is entirely at the discretion of Little Hands Collage Company. Once work has commenced, cancellation may be refused or reasonable costs deducted.
  • Packaging Commitment – Every canvas is carefully packaged to reduce the risk of transit damage.
  • Handcrafted Nature of Your Artwork – Small variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and are not defects.
  • Care of Original Artwork – Every reasonable care is taken; liability is limited to the amount paid where permitted by law.
  • Limitation of Liability – Limited to repair, replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Privacy – Customer information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
  • Governing Law – New South Wales, Australia.
